How to: Create a PowerPoint 95 presentation from a Word 95 outline.
Solution:
Copy the Word 95 outline to the clipboard, display the Microsoft toolbar, and open PowerPoint 95.
1) Create an outline in Word 95.
2) Copy the entire outline to the clipboard.
3) Select the 'View' menu and select 'Toolbars...'. (The 'Toolbars' dialog box appears.)
4) Select the 'Microsoft' check box and click 'OK'. (The 'Microsoft' toolbar appears.)
5) Open PowerPoint 95 from the toolbar. (The PowerPoint application opens.)

6) In the PowerPoint dialog box, do one of the following:
a) Select the 'Template' radio button and click 'OK'.
1] Click 'Presentation Designs' tab.
2] Click template style desired for the presentation.
NOTE: Presentation style templates can be viewed in the Preview box.
3] Click 'OK'.
b) Select the 'Blank Presentation' radio button.
7) Select a layout and click 'OK'.
8) Select the 'View' menu and select 'Outline'.
9) Paste the outline into the PowerPoint 95 outline view. (The outline appears under one slide.)
